Try to solve a quartic equation
I am trying to learn how to solve a quartic equation. In "Summary of Ferrari's method" of page [link] a root in the most simple case is x = -B/4/A + sqrt((-alfa + sqrt(alfa^2 - 4*gama))/2) My question is how to know the express inside sqrt is not negative: how to know... more »

Solution space of sum atan(x_k)<a ?
Hello, Consider the problem: sum_k arctan(x_k) < a where k=1,...n and x_k are real variables and "a" is a given constant. You choose a specific choice of values for x_1,...x_n and give it to me. I should give you one of these two answers: "your choice satsfies the inequality" or "I don't know". Of course, I would like to avoid... more »

STATIC UNIVERSE: EINSTEINIANA'S NEW MONEY-SPINNER
The old money-spinner: [link] "More than a dozen ground-based Dark Energy projects are proposed or under way, and at least four space-based missions, each of the order of a billion dollars, are at the design concept stage." The new money-spinner (in Einsteiniana's schizophrenic world it can... more »

Chapt17: solar system evidence Re: Discovered! - Exoplanets in Tight 2:1 Resonance #248 Atom Totality
...Thanks Robert for that reference site and the evidence seems to be growing in leaps and bounds of a Atom Totality Universe. Thanks Archimedes Plutonium [link] whole entire Universe is just one big atom where dots of the electron-dot-cloud are galaxies

Quartic equation
Hi, I am trying to learn how to solve a quartic equation. In page [link] I found the "Summary of Ferrari's method" part looks easier for me but still have two difficulties: 1. Do you think I can solve a general quartic equation by only following this part and ignoring all the other parts?... more »

What happens to the weight of energy in a black hole?
Infinite weight is of course a violation of mathematical law. The only thing that goes infinite is sizes of infinity of the infinitely small. Black holes violate laws. We are not seeing them. Mitch Raemsch

gone black
Most women say that once theyve gone black, they never go back. Good. I dont want any of those filthy sluts giving me AIDS.

JSH: My Twin Prime Peak Gap equation used by Dentists world wide
One of the weirdest gyps in math history is the idea of "research" around prime gaps, which is a lucrative scam for people who get government grants for "research" around it! Consider the prime 101. You may already know that it is a twin prime with 103 the other prime, but guess what? Even if you didn't you... more »

Expanding circle and its radii
If you enlarge a circle or any round higher dimensional form you must extend the old radii and add new; just as long; radii inbetween the old. There are new radii inbewteen by sizes of infinity for an expanding round form. Mitch Raemsch
